No one to blame but yourselves for voting in your contract. Got to live with the consequences. .........

None of the issues we are having at PSA today are related to the LOAs that I'm sure you are referring to.

You would of course know this if you knew what you were talking about.......at all.

Our contract is really pretty good. I wouldn't trade it for any other regional contract. The SAP is the best QOL tool in the regionals. The critical pay part is great if followed. Our reserve is better than most. The 1/2 pay for DH sucks, but that is a small price to pay. And personally, I won't fly trips that have DHs, so problem solved. I just SAP out of them.

Anyone that says otherwise is a fool and doesn't know what is really happening in the regionals. PSA has been accused of a bad contract, but that is just ignorance.

The problem is that the company does not follow the contract. They change things, and leave us to grieve them, which takes years.

AAG and regional management is the problem.

Sadly, I think it's time to review some history and compare and contrast PSA and Envoy,....... one more time.

1(a) Parker offers PSA pilots new CRJ 900 jets in exchange for concessions. PSA Pilots say no, and those jets went to Mesa.
1(b) Parker offers Envoy pilots new E-170 jets in exchange for concessions. Envoy pilots say no, and those jets went to Compass.

2(a) Parker offers PSA pilots new jets in exchange for concessions. PSA pilots say no and Parker sent those jets to Republic.
2(b) Parker offers Envoy pilots new E-170's in exchange for concessions. Envoy pilots say no and Parker sent those jets to Republic.

3(a) Parker again offers new CRJ 900's to PSA pilots in exchange for concessions, with the caveat that the airline would be shut down if they said no again. PSA pilots took the deal.
3(b) Parker again offers new E-170's to Envoy pilots in exchange for concessions, with the caveat that the airline would be shut down if they said no again. Envoy pilots took the deal.

So as we can clearly see, it's ok for Envoy pilots to take a deal in order to save their jobs,....... but it's not ok for PSA pilots to take that same deal in order to save THEIR jobs.

That was never in the deal. The deal was 30 900's with options for 40 more.

No one wants those pieces of junk. If the 700s are any indication of Envoy maintenance, I am embarrassed for you. They are the worst airplanes that we fly.
