Make no mistake, this is a joke guys. If you think otherwise then you're part of the problem. This is and has always been about getting guys in the door for year one only. It does nothing for current Fo's on property, as this essentially turns into a two year FO pay scale. It also does nothing for Captains either, they might walk away with an extra $3-4K. Basically what you're looking at is AA nickel and diming us once again. They opted to do the minimum necessary and only affect the initial new hires yet again. Every MEC union should reject this LOA and stand united for a real change, not this BS.

Its money for nothing, no negotiating leverage given up. Simply AAG paying up to keep their wholly owned regionals staffed. All win no loss, how can you be upset about that?!

Ah yes, the "experience" card. Usually played by those who possess the least.

According to this post you only "transitioned to 121 flying" last year.

Please spare me the lecture.

I've used up all my words. Back to memes.

Did the PSA MEC settle the critical pay arbitration yet?
It's been over 14 months.
Did they trade f/o pay for it?
