I have a very hard time believing we are being THAT picky all of a sudden, I could be wrong but I think that would be foolish, these 121 guys will dry up soon. I'd say apply again at 1500 hours and get somebody to be a reference for you and you should at least get an interview.
If someone's at the point they're applying to regionals early, it doesn't hurt to apply to somewhere else and get a 121 job lined up instead of waiting until the 1500hrs mark and reapplying...

Send a thank you letter (or email) to everyone you talked to in the process and that will help set you apart. Once you get your time re-apply and maybe drop those people you talked to a nice "updated resume/hours" note and re-apply if you want PSA. That's what I would do if I didn't get a TBNT. Plus go make a friend at PSA and get the referral....couldn't remember if you had one or not.

Follow up with them. Tell them when you'll have your 1500 hours by. Tell them you are able to a class early next year. Keep in touch. They'll get in contact with you once they can sort through all the apps and put people who are qualified now in classes. I highly doubt it's a TBNT try in 6 months type deal. It's probably it's hey we are busy and check back soon.

If you really want a solid answer hit one of these job fairs and talk to the team directly. Just my opinion but I don't think becoming and "airline hopper" will make your resume stronger in the long run.
