Default Recruiter info?

Looking for another contact...

I had an interview set up at the beginning of October I was forced to reschedule due to military obligation that came up. I am having no luck getting hold of Claire in HR recruiting to set a new date. Anyone have a different contact I might email?

Cheers.

I noticed we are getting vision insurance next year

I don't wear glasses/contacts, have great vision, so this doesn't really appease me. But heard from someone at another airline that their vision insurance pays for a pair of non-prescription sunglasses every so often.

Anyone know if this is something that may be possible with this new vision insurance?

The problem with using attrition outside the flow is that you assume the 8-10 /month are always senior to you. It just doesn't work that way. As you gain seniority that 8-10 number becomes more and more irrelevant.

I said the same thing initially, and that is a concern. I have been here more 2 years and the average attrition above me has been more than 11 for that entire time. I moved up 300 spots in 2 years, and was in the upper 800s when I was hired. If you are lower on the list right now, your first 2 years will see even more movement that that.

We lost 28 last month, and I believe that I moved up 14 spots.

The average new hire in 2014 was an 8 year FO previously. Those pilots are leaving in droves right now.

Most junior upgrade in the class that was just awarded was a September 2014 hire.

With his seniority (and all of the DECs below him), he will be a line holder upon completion of training.

Between the September and October seniority lists 25 pilots left the company. I'm right at 50% on the list and 12 of the above pilots were senior to me.

Well, he could be a round 1 lineholder in CVG or DAY. He'd get a buildup line in CLT or TYS.

Depending on where you live it's probably worth commuting for that round 1.
