The 20k is spread out over two years, meaning 10k per year then it's done. The wording makes it sound like more than it is. Still pretty good, but they need to step it up a little imo. Go on and make it a complete no brainer lol

Not overloaded. Full, yes. Many new instructors getting signed off this month. The number of unsats goes up with more people in the program. The % has actually gone down.

If someone was getting ready to apply, would anyone be interested in a referral arrangement?

You're getting over 16K as it is. Don't get greedy.

Why not? It's basically free money for both parties involved. A rare win-win in this profession.

I'm making the guy who recommended me earn it! I'm asking him questions almost daily! You have to figure the guy who is recommending you probably got hired with no sign on bonus and a much lower rate than a new hire. Don't be greedy!

Because they're already getting a crap ton more free money than you and I ever did, plus a starting pay of over $10 higher, that's why.

As has been alluded to, if I'm referring someone, it behooves me to expend some resources and time to get those referrals all the way out on the line. That could very well be worth more to someone than a couple extra grand.
