I dont think they'll have trouble getting guys. I was on a commute the other day. Sitting in the jumpseat on the ERJ175. Both the SkyWest Captain (2006 DOH) and FO (not sure how long he'd been at SkyWest) accepted the job at F9 and seemed really excited.
All this, your hotel bill, and $1,100 every two weeks. No thanks if I had it to do all over again.
Hopefully they've got time to reconsider.
