When you get overworked 95 hours every month it's pretty easy

That's about right. Holiday pay, bonuses, etc. You typically credit a bit more than scheduled block. Even more if you count 401k match.

I'm a little more senior and make $125k. And I never pick stuff up. If I played the schedplus game and traded all my trips for OT I could make $180k.

Yes and no. Who knows. Rumor bases are always a mystery.

What's your monthly credit? Making $125k while never picking anything up would be tough even at the top of the pay scale. If PBS assigns 95 hours, that's kind of like picking stuff up in a sneaky sort of way by the company

It's completely normal to have 90-95 assigned with 12-13 off here... Look at ord bid transparency. Or any other base. Top 25% do well, everyone else meh.

This month I was awarded 92 hrs, 17 days off with a couple vacation days. I'm in the 30% CA range in DTW.

ATL use to be a base... it wasn't very senior.. it was a very small base. (I want to say 14 CA's/13 FO's)

By a couple you mean 3-4, and you're top 30% in base. It shouldn't require using 1/3 (that's right, we get 12 a year at that seniority) of your yearly vacation to get 17 days off..

At what seniority do you only get 12 vacation days? At xjt, a second year pilot is getting 14, which is industry standard. I know you guys are the most productive but I didn't realize you were that productive!
