That's about right. Holiday pay, bonuses, etc. You typically credit a bit more than scheduled block. Even more if you count 401k match.

It's completely normal to have 90-95 assigned with 12-13 off here... Look at ord bid transparency. Or any other base. Top 25% do well, everyone else meh.

This month I was awarded 92 hrs, 17 days off with a couple vacation days. I'm in the 30% CA range in DTW.

By a couple you mean 3-4, and you're top 30% in base. It shouldn't require using 1/3 (that's right, we get 12 a year at that seniority) of your yearly vacation to get 17 days off..

At what seniority do you only get 12 vacation days? At xjt, a second year pilot is getting 14, which is industry standard. I know you guys are the most productive but I didn't realize you were that productive!
