How much flying can SW Florida really handle?
During the appropriate season the number of PDEWs is essentially limitless (that is an overexaggeration but you get the point) from select northern cities down to the gulf coast - TPA/SRQ/RSW. You are looking at swings to the tune of 5-6x from a place like Chicago from off-peak to peak times.

Exactly which "basic work rules" did we strike for? I personally dont see any difference between C2003 and C 2010 regarding work rules. We already had "5/4 days off", no JA, and reasonable hours of service rules. What "basic work rules" did we gain by striking?

I never said "gained" and to what was obtained in the new contract is still being disputed on a leg by leg basis. I wasn't here for the strike but in my short time here at Spirit I have learned that there is division when it comes to the MEC and wh

The rest was cut off, but no matter

In the end, I wasn't here for the strike so I walk very carefully when discussing or expressing my views on the 2010 contract and the benefits/lack of benefits obtained from that contract. I didn't walk so my views doesnt hold the weight as someone who walked during that time, and that's the way it should be

We have a lot of things that need improvement from current book and I hope we can work torwards that starting next year

Default Zed and ID90

I am looking for advice on international travel using Zed and ID90. I have used an ID90 once about 10 years ago to go to Germany, but other than that I have no clue where to start. My brother is going to be in Australia for several months and I figured this would be the perfect excuse to cross that, and New Zealand, off my places to see. I am trying to get my wife and I to Brisbane. Any suggestions on using the jumpseat vs Zed vs ID90 and who we can use as Spirit pilots would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately most regionals have better zed programs than spirit. Hopefully as the airline grows more airlines around the world will see value in adding us.

I think your best option right now is Id on Ual and the. Buy a ticket once in oz
