I was aware of a very good contract and pay scale signed in 2010. I expect nothing less than industry leading in 2015. So even though he wasn't asking me I'm pretty sure we all new they pays scale when we got hired and are also aware that pattern bargaining has worked and we are not the best paid right now. We all intend to change that. That's how the pattern works

737-800 around 175 pax on SWA, I'd assume less on the legacys... 737-900 can carry 215...
I like what I'm hearing. And we are worth it!

WHAT?!?

What does that have to do with wanting to improve our current agreement? Despite knowing what the 'current' book says, we should always be striving to improve upon it.

If we all lived strictly by that theory then none of us would have ever gotten our first job.

I didn't take my job at the regionals because of the great pay. I took it to get experience and hopefully move up to a better company and THEN continue to work for and hopefully get better pay and benefits each contract.

How does the current CBA compare to other ultra-low cost carriers?

So when going into negotiations if a company already has what is viewed as good pay they shouldn't ask for any improvements?

Why only 20% for a 12yr CA? That's parity with Delta and United's A320 rates at their CURRENT values, which are expected to increase significantly in their upcoming cycles. I'm tired of dragging the anchor...

Please don't sell me short...you'll be looking at the higher longevity rates on our next cycle too.
