Profit sharing for 2019

Blitz comes from "Blitzkreig" As in the German storm-trooper smashing Poland in rapid fashion. I am surprised the company is using a white-supremacist term and isn't getting any grief over it. Typically the company is "ultra sensitive" to words or phrases that may impact someone's safe space..... If you want to have sustained performance I wouldn't have just a blitz day here or a blitz day there. I'd have every day a blitz day. or whatever the politically correct alternative adjective is.
Not disagreeing with your post, quite funny actually. Blitz is the German word for Lightning and Krieg is the German word for war.....BlitzKrieg = lightning war. So Blitz itself simply meaning lightning passes the PC culture test unless you use it to refer to a non-approved useage.........😬

It got so comical at one point that they argued that the CAL 757 pilots should have a higher status than the UAL 757 pilots because their motors had a 1 inch larger diameter. One of the arbitrators literally rolled his eyes when that was said. They also said the 747s didn’t have a GPS and all CAL pilots had more technology in their iPhones, and literally you should have seen the look on the arbitrators faces.
It was the biggest clown show I’ve ever seen.
It didn’t work and those guys won’t be negotiating any future seniority integrations for you or me, so its all good moving forward.

It was because of an impending SLI and CAL trying to argue a “pay rate” seniority integration, completely ignoring that CALs pay rates were based on not having any work rules, with an inferior contract overall in every category.
