Most United pilots don't even consider the 767-300 a "widebody" and you think it should pay $50.00 more per hour?

Well, the 767-400 is somehow a widebody.

The 767-300 and 767-400 should be its own 767 band and not ridiculously banded up or down where it doesn’t belong.

I agree with you. But claiming that the -300 pilots should earn an additional $50.00/hr is a little over the top and puts it above 777 pay. Maybe it was an emotional post.

Because it pays less and put in a new pay category only one contract ago. Your expectations have been managed well.

It was pay banded because the 737 is an international wide body too. Just like the bottom 3000 UAL pilots should have been stapled below all Continental pilots.

The pay banding of the 767 was a leftover from a luddite attempt at a seniority grab that didn’t happen. It needs to be fixed in the next contract.

Wasn’t the 767-300 banded with the 757 before the merger?

Which was a higher pay band than the 320 and the 737 at UAL.

Are you seriously naive enough to think both sides weren't fighting for a "seniority grab".

We should also stop serving cheese and “crackers”. As a fat, white guy, I find that to be one of my many trigger words. Where is my safe space, and where are my crayons? PC culture drives me nuts.
