Most United pilots don't even consider the 767-300 a "widebody" and you think it should pay $50.00 more per hour?

I agree with you. But claiming that the -300 pilots should earn an additional $50.00/hr is a little over the top and puts it above 777 pay. Maybe it was an emotional post.

Just like the bottom 3000 UAL pilots should have been stapled below all Continental pilots. The pay banding of the 767 was a leftover from a luddite attempt at a seniority grab that didn’t happen. It needs to be fixed in the next contract.

It was pay banded because the 737 is an international wide body too.

Blitz comes from "Blitzkreig" As in the German storm-trooper smashing Poland in rapid fashion. I am surprised the company is using a white-supremacist term and isn't getting any grief over it. Typically the company is "ultra sensitive" to words or phrases that may impact someone's safe space..... If you want to have sustained performance I wouldn't have just a blitz day here or a blitz day there. I'd have every day a blitz day. or whatever the politically correct alternative adjective is.
