So we should have banded down the stretch guppy? That would have really benefited the combined pilot group...

I’d agree, but our rates are right in line with Delta and American. I guess we’ll find out the new formula when we eventually get a TA.

After the absolute smack down the arbitrators gave the Cal merger integration proposal, I’d prolly leave alone any defense of anything related to it.

We should start a thread about the pros and cons of the merger.

There’s also the Ballroom Blitz. “Are you ready, Steve?”

Are flights to London part of the Blitz? Just asking.

Any Star Alliance partners involved in Blitz? Such as, uh...

Perhaps “Tora! Tora! Tora! Day” for west coast domiciles?

Too soon?

We did band down the 757 to the guppy. We also banded down the 747 to the 767-400. Those have hurt our pilot group and still do since it also dragged the 777 rates down to 767-400. At United a 767 paid less than a 777 or 747. But at least since we are so cheap to fly the 777 at 767-400 rates the company has bought more 777s. Which is a good thing. We will have almost 100 777s once the most recent 4 are delivered.

The 747 paid the same as the 777 as did the 764 before the merger, what got “dragged down?”
