Each year it can't account for roughly 60% of its assets. Which is what I said. But I'm not going to waste my time arguing. I'm just here trying to inform the uninformed.

Nowhere in your link did I see they can't account for 60% of it's assets. Like what, they can't find several nuke subs, a squadron of F-35's. some carrier battle groups, and 100,000 personnel?
