Are any pairings posted anywhere? Are folks able to stay on the same sleep cycle?

I'm not going to lie, I struggle getting up at 03:45 one day and then getting to bed at 01:30 the next "night."

No, it all depends on the month and how those senior to you bid. There is no protection and many pilots see excessive AM to PM transitions.

IWA is generally pretty senior. Has been some slots in classes and those aslo usually go senior.

The flights cater to vacation travelers, not business travelers, so there are not a lot of odd hour flying... Most of the stuff is 7am-9pm... unless something breaks.
