Two questions:
1). If you have a YS in for SC (still below the max), and CS decides to not give it to you (or to anyone) is a pay inquiry the best route?
2). Is CS required to assign all short calls they have in open time?
TIA

FWIW, you have to option of taking 5 hours from your bank in a month where you get a GS. If picking up that one last trip proves tough given days available, that would be well worth it.

I definitely learned something from your question and the following discussion. Also have been explaining this concept to other pilots. So thanks is in order!

I can understand that, though its pretty easy to get back up to the trigger. Most times ita a day trip and you're good.
The problem with the bank is refilling it. I've been a few hours negative for quite a while and can't seem to fill it.

Never having a bunch of PB days myself, I’ve found the months which contain sick time to be the only real bank refill options.
