Yeah I know, 67 will probably pass at some point before then. But, don’t underestimate the ability of manifesting. Keep saying 67 wont ever happen and it just might stay true. I’ll change my mind once I’m WBA or on disability (honesty is the best policy).

Have you listened to the 67 crowd? They're the ones saying my career will be perfect because I'm a post COVID wave hire!

Honesty has never exactly been their greatest strength.

I think one of the things you are missing is that the WB’s we have on order mostly ARE the 763 replacements…

I genuinely want to see your manifesting toward mandatory retirement, growth, and new bases succeed. After enough time in this industry though, I’ve learned to keep my optimism in check.

We'll all be on basic universal income and the planes will be autonomous with dispatch running 15 per shift from their mom's basement.

Back on topic, I’m on reserve this month and just got assigned a SC a week out. I did put in a slip for next week with my preferred window. I’m guessing there was a pre posted SC that my slip triggered? Anyone seen this happen?

Yes, I've had that happen recently because of a yellow slip preference. They removed it later when they assigned a LC assignment.

Cool. It was in my preferred window so no biggie, just curious.

Just to confirm here, a REST period is not considered a 'non-fly day,' correct? As in: if I have a (30-hour) REST assignment in the middle of a block of RES days, they can assign me a very early show on the day after my rest period ends. Right?
