Not our problem. Green-slips for all my friends. We fly aircraft. management runs the company. If they are behind on staffing then that should be better for us.

With that said, this management team seems to be doing pretty good, which is also a big plus for the Pilot group. If staffing issues bend the profit margin down which I would rather not see, we will just have to make the most of it and enjoy a very "green" summer. :D

C-2012 is behind us. Yes, we must learn from each section 6, improve upon them, not make the same mistakes going forward, but fixating on what might have been is a waste of time.

Here, I'll be constructive: one thing I'd like to see on C2015 is for the block hour ratio to have language that says the "highest of actual or published min" therein never allowing it to go down.

For instance, if 1.47 is the min and we're at 1.7, 1.7 becomes the min from that point forward. I want to get rid of the margin between 1.7 and 1.47. What I would like is 4.0. But at a min I do not want in a stalled economy or if they need to park a subfleet that they have margin to play with.
