This may be a tough one for newbies to understand, but endeavor has industry leading soft pay. Only one person found themselves at the 75 hour rate average last year of the entire pilot group (not just voters, the entire pilot group). Judging from my captains, even the 2 yr guys here still haven't opened rainmaker. Unless you're dropping trips and reserve days month after month, you're not at the 75hr rate, which is why you're never going to get it.

Only 280 of us are below the 83 hours average, and I'm not one of them.

Vote yes, vote the pay raise.
There is one MSP 200 CA (well for now) that has perfected the system to sit home and collect 75 hours a month.... He is the one guy that never works and is the catalyst to the end of 2 on 1 off reserve because the company wants to force this guy to actually fly... as they shut down his base (oh and he is about #4 bidder in the most senior base in the company so yea he can bid not to fly)

And that's NOT INCLUDING soft stupid pay. People need to stop saying "you can't credit 83, its a paycut", instead of telling people to pick up trips, if the union can explain this simple math to people, which apparently a lot can't see for themselves, they might actually get some "yes".
That's all fine and dandy, but they DID throw reserves under the bus for that 1 day off... I'll win that argument all day every day.

We don't deserve anything, we are worth what we can negotiate. Our union negotiated this. These negotiations have been going on as long as ive been here and supposedly longer. Union said no until we got this. Don't crap on their work.

I agree!! You should vote with your feet and move over to that other regional that has better pay and QoL than EDV.

It's a bonus.......

Temporary bonus.........

Does not have to be renewed........

TA increases everyone's pay permanently.......period.

Not sure why this concept is so difficult.

That’s the problem, you haven’t been here long enough.

How long is long enough?

Lol

What you need to realize that this isn't about contract negotiations where we shoot for the moon, this is about turning a temporary bonus into hourly rates.

That's it.

We got that and more for a 4 year price tag extension.

I have no doubt that other regionals will follow the rates set in this TA and Delta will have to up the ante even more if the economy stays the same.

If the economy doesn't stay healthy we have the new rates.
