Long run (someone coming in late summertime) once all of the transitions of employees already on property from the 200 to 900 is complete one can reasonably expect 70% of new hires to go to the 900 while 30% go to the 200 as that is our current mix of aircraft. The 18 month seatlock basically matches upgrade times for someone with no prior 121 experience so most guys and gals will spend their entire time as an fo on the 200 or 900 and never transition over.

I’ve heard from several reliable sources that the 175 program was created when Delta asked us to do it 1.5 years ago. It was shelved because plans changed. I asked about the new sim the other day and was told it might not be a 900 sim. We’ll find out when they put it in.

Not sure if those plans went with them.

I certainly hope you are not talking about the 700s flying under AA by XJT. That is the last remnant of ASA. Taking the rug out from under that DFW operation is nothing to be celebrated.
