It's a $10k training bonus. No idea how they are working it into the retention bonus. I imagine it's the same you just earn $7k more your first year than the previous classes did.

Also heard rumors of the E170/175 joining the fleet as soon as the -200 starts to go away.

This is not a bad thing.

Remember at the AA WO's only the FOs really catch the windfall of their bonuses.

The bottom line is no airline offers the compensation that Endeavor does....right now.

That is correct.

Only the 9.7" Pro not the huge one.

This is if you're going to purchase or already have your own device.

This was mentioned in ground school today. Getting them is a priority to the company.

Yes really! Once again this place is taking care of just one pilot group and not the whole.

Retention payments to pay rate negotiations are starting soon.

In today's environment one of the main things I ask is the company I work for is remaining aggressive when it comes to attracting new hires. They are. Just look at some of the other threads here for examples of companies that are sitting on their hands, heck, I'm sure some of their former crews are in our classes now. Would I like an extra 10k? Obviously, but if this new cash equates to 20-25 new names underneath mine on the seniority list every 2 weeks, that's not an atrocious consolation prize.

Envoy, PSA still > than Endeavor. Bonus is a small band aid to a bigger wound. Bleeding shall continue.

I hope you're right. They should have announced them both together.
