I don't get on here much but every time I do it's a good laugh. some of these people... If Anybody has questions about Envoy feel free to pm me so we don't have to listen to the children bicker back and fourth. 2 year Dfw Fo, I'll let you know about Envoy and any questions you might have.

I have since left envoy so I haven't kept up with the LTFO grievance. How much does one get per month affected?

I also don't work there anymore, but got an email today saying I will receive the LTFO grievance reward. Looking at their website I will get 10 months. Does anyone know what that will add up to. Thanks in advance.

About $450, before taxes.

Hi guys,

Greetings! Can anyone please shed some light on the 2nd year take home pay after taxes at Envoy and the current upgrade time to Capt. I am currently an Airbus A330 F/O at Etihad Airways and looking to come back to the US. I don't have the 1k PIC Jet time needed for majors. But I still need to make some money after the second year to support a family of 3. So please anyone let me know. Thank you in advance.

With your experience, I would skip every Regional. But if you do come to envoy, you get a nice sign in bonus.

Im on the E-175 and is a sweet plane. You shouldn't have any issues with the Automation like some old envoy pilots are having.

More importantly, look at the big picture. Envoy is projecting Captain upgrades for new hires between the 2.5 and 3 year mark from date of hire at present.

Secondly, first year pay may surprise you. Envoy has a 15k bonus for new hires. In addition, Envoy is offering an additional 5k bonus for new hires that accept class dates on the Embraer 145 or the CRJ-700.
Realistically, you are looking at greater than 50k on first year pay if you accept a 145 or CRJ class date.

And the most important fact of all. If hired at Envoy, you will have a no interview, no medical flow through to American Airlines. Right now, this is projected for a new hire at the 6 year mark. You don't have to put all your apps out to multiple carriers and prepare for interviews, spending lots of your time and money trying to get hired. You will be guaranteed a job at American.

Other carriers do have flow programs now. They are essentially copying what Envoy has successfully done. However, they are nowhere near as robust as the Envoy flow is. This should be a big factor in your decision making in coming to Envoy.

Thank you very much for your advice. I am considering it quite seriously. I have been in the sand-pit for the last 6 years and feel now's the time to get back to the US as the market's really good. I'll fill in my app in the next couple of days and send it in. Can you guys please tell me what to study as far as the interview is concerned. I have been out of the US airspace system for the last 8 yrs. Been doing mostly Europe and far east flights. Is it wise to enlist for an interview prep course to just get familiar. Also since I have airline experience, will I only do the HR part or all of it.
Thanks guys. It's really nice to see Pilots here helping others.
