Just curious, you're knocking on the magic door to 1500 hrs and the regionals are beginning to hire again. Why go to Boutique?

I don't have a job right now, and instructing isn't my forte. I'd love ANYTHING else. 1250 for my R-ATP too. I just feel like it would be good experience for me, even for a year before I go to the regionals, and a DEN base would be perfect. I know the company is terrible, and I've seen peoples resignation emails complaining about cut benefits, failure to pay etc.

At those hours, Boutique isn't likely to hire you as an FO. PICs is what they're really going to be needing. They don't want to hire you, train you, let you fly for a month or so, and then immediately train you again- big waste of time and money from their perspective.
Finish your 135 PIC mins and apply as a Captain. They are much more likely to take you seriously.
