What am I missing here? You don't make 80K at Endeavor until your 9th year as a CA on the CRJ900 and at PSA it is the same only it is the CRJ200. Since the 900's I think are relatively new for PSA they haven't posted the pay scales but it might even be more.
For me it is about QOL and I live in Florida so there is no Endeavor domicile relativel close to where I live. I am going to assume you are messing with the rookie here as I am still trying to figure who is being sincere vs. the constant pessimism that seems to prevalent on this forum

Here is all you should need to know about Endeavor - dozens and dozens of pilots with 7 years or more of seniority at Endeavor have made the move to PSA in the last few months. Ask them, they will tell you about Endeavor. It seems that almost every class has at least 5 or 6 of them.

I'm not going to hit you up, but with a pretty crappy first year pay, a little extra money helps. Some people will gladly split it with anyone that wants to take advantage of it.
There are other people, however, that just want to get the money and this is the only reason that they are on APC.

I too, have been approached by a few wanting to "pass on" my resume as a "favor" offering me bonus freebies on the side....
I don't mind someone making $1k off of me, but was just curious..

No. None. If you're qualified and you don't give them any reason to think you won't make it through training, you'll get an offer. It's yours to lose.

They changed the requirements now for the referral. The referral must be submitted more than 30 days before the person applies for the job. Most people have just given up on it now.

Negative. You've got to submit the referral before someone applies, then it's valid for 30 days once you've submitted it. Also, the person you've referred needs to put your name on the online application, otherwise it doesn't count.

There is a difference between a recommendation and a referral. One you are vouching for someone, the other you are not. But if asked all it is is someone online who answered questions for you and helped you decide. Nothing wrong with that.
