A lot of FOs are getting their panties in a wad because it might take them 2.5 years to upgrade rather than 2. It's getting annoying hearing about it and there are plenty of guys that could use the extra time in the right seat before they attempt the upgrade and ready for the responsibility. The FOs talking about leaving because of pay are just that, all talk. Very few, if any FOs are making lateral moves. The FOs leaving are going to places like frontier and spirit, not Endeavor.

Any company with a net loss of pilots each month is falling apart. You guys can kiss the rest of the Envoy birds good bye.

Do you really think we cared about the Envoy birds? No we did not!!! Puppets did, I'm sure that PSA managment team will be very much disappointed not getting the rest of them but the joke is on them. That's what happens when they want people work for free, that free labor train is gone west. They must feel good now coming to work and face their own stupidity.

1. Net loss of pilots
2. Deferred aircraft deliveries
3. Slowing of new aircraft delivery
4. Among the lowest paid in the industry
Do I really need to go on? When the new 900s go to Mesa wil you finally be convinced?

Call it what you want. Panties/entitlement/whatever. The rest of the industry standard is shrinking upgrade times and quite a few are under 2 years. We are going stagnant. Where's the single digit April upgrade bid? Sorry my luck and timing for joining the industry is better than yours. I'm not tying my hands because you had to live a different career progression. You just come off as bitter and angry. And yes I will gladly go to Endeavor, at twice the pay with short upgrade, next fall if this place continues on its current path. Of course Spriit, Atlas and most other places are on the list too.

Yes, please go on? Why didn't we take the retention bonus?

Honestly, there is a very small window of opportunity to jump in a new regional before their own wave crashes nowadays. Today's diamond is tomorrow's lump of coal, and that cycle will continue probably for years. Personal opinion, but to time it right at any regional today takes a good bit of luck. Would anyone going to Endeavor this fall really upgrade in under two years? Who knows. Two or three years ago, Compass was the place to be. Now? Republic used to be the hotspot. Now? Two years ago Endeavor couldn't stop the bleeding fast enough. Now, it's sunshine and rainbows. Will it last? For years and years, ExpressJet was the gold standard for pay, contract, and stability. Now? Not so much. Without giving a regional two years (in my humble opinion) you are selling yourself short. In the time it takes to reapply, interview, complete training at a new company, get off reserve, get the base you really want, and get off probation at a new place, things will have completely changed at your current airline. Guaranteed.

Because it was an insult compared to other bonuses and would still keep us as one of the lowest paid.

As I've given you a short list, please sing me the praises of PSA. It's nice for you to claim how things are just peachy but not actually provide any proof.

Where did I say it was peachy? So leaving MONEY ON THE TABLE WAS A BETTER OPTION? *** are you thinking? The company was giving us money and wanting NOTHING IN RETURN. NOTHING
