Flow going from 5 to 2 /month for "at least" June and July for "staffing and operational needs of the summer". Looks like I called that one wrong...
I don't know if this means that the 3 /month we're not flowing over the summer are going to be deferred until the end of the year or what. Also, the rumor was they were not going to be taking any over the summer to begin with so maybe looking at it as 2 is better than none is a good thing? Until we have more clarification I don't know what the deal with this is.

We thought they were not going to take flows bc they were not going to hire June and July. Now that they are they should still take 5. It's funny. We are still staffed properly, overstaffed with captains, and hiring is booming again. (They way the company is portraying it anyway). But we can't flow 5 captains a month due to staffing. Lol
Man they waited a long time to put brakes on the flow

Just another reason people do not need to come to PSA. They will never abide by the contract and will continue to ride this sinking ship to the bottom. Oh and this is a perfect reason not to pick up open time or sdo. I mean we care staffed properly and growing correct?

The email actually doesn't say anything that isn't detailed in the LOA. It's stated that due to operation necessity the company, can hold flows from going, but that they must be made up for by the end of the year. So now the big question is will they make sure those 6 that don't flow in those two months are made up for?
