Welcome to the club. It sounds like you bid your reserve schedule in PBS, but you can put your SC bid request for the following month in iCrew starting on the 4th. ...well, unless you're a line holder, then you probably have to wait until your next months schedule is posted before you'll have access...I think. Clear as mud?
I would have been nice if they hadn't deleted my SC bid for next day BEFORE they awarded SCs...

No, there is not (that I am aware of.) Thus far, the March bid package and the PWA (23. D. 2. g.) are the only guidance.
I cry foul already, and more foul if no additional guidance happens before monthly bidding closes.

Monthly bids end at 1800 on 2/11. According to the bid package, SC Yellow Slip bidding (Brown slips?) ends at 1800 on 2/19. PBS Awards published no later than 1800 on 2/17?
So you might have a couple days to submit your Yellow (Brown?) slips for SC after you know your RSV schedule for MAR. And we have no idea how those SC are actually handled during trip coverage (can a trip be assigned over the awarded SC?)
In case none of this is clear (it's not clear), none of this was handled within PBS as outlined in the PWA.

I don't really even understand why we asked for PBS SC bidding in the first place. I never once heard any pilot talking about that during the negotiation process or survey discussions. I guess in theory you'd know far in advance what you're doing, but in reality if you get a rotation on your very first SC that would remove most/all of the SC you had bid for in that LC block. Then you're right back to bidding daily SC since you're still going to be given your max anyways.

Cue a grievance settlement email in 3-6 months.
Forward thinking by ALPA, I say.
