So let me get this right. A previously 900 pilot who went to the 200 just go go to Atlanta is now screwed because they are locked in the 200 for at least 2 years? If so, that's pretty crappy on the company for not at least giving a heads up to individuals. Less pay. Older plane. And no option to go back to the 900? I hope I'm wrong.
In the 200 there.

Yeah dude, I'm sorry to hear this. I remember how bleak it was around here in bankruptcy. I hope we can hook you all up with something if you come to 9E. Longevity or something.

Does 3 700's seem like kind of a low number? I guess what i mean is, am I the only one that suspects we'll get more 700's at some point? 3 just seems like not worth the trouble unless you plan on building it up

They'll be almost no difference from the pilot's perspective. 900 pilots don't even need to go to MSP for additional training. It can all be done with an LMS.

Just frustrating because I'm sure the company already knew and didn't offer any information. Now seat locked, less pay, smaller aircraft, etc. I suppose that's why so many individuals look at this job as food, shelter, insurance and not a career.
