Eagle fly your forgetting flow and attrition. Being fleet neutral is good news.

More of managements math issues.

Finally, someone on here who gets it. This is one of the calculations that are included in management's upgrade/flow formula.

I guess we see two different realities. As for someone "ponying up", all I see are the same bandits periodically riding through town working up a #6 on you in the hope you stay instead of leave.
Actually since the 700 are staying longer, the 175s are growth.

Until next year when it's not.

Hmm, losing 120 CA in next few months, adding only 50 replacements..... lost 68 CA's to AA + all other CA's that left to other carriers last few months.. added nowhere near that many replacements for those months either..

More Ric math.

While people attrit to AA and other jobs being fleet neutral to growing should result in slightly better schedules in the form of movement for most. Don't get me wrong, the lack of mid day flying still results in inefficient schedules. With the CRJ's staying there is slight growth. So yes, we are ADDING aircraft! Envoy has a long way to go to make promises right, but it's okay to applaud a good thing when it happens.

With the announcement of us keeping the 700s for the remainder of the year, we "grow" to 146 airframes then settle in around 144 through December 2016. What 2017 holds? Who knows. They probably don't even know. It sure beats shrinking to 110-115 like we were originally slated to do.

They've already been selected, so they'll get in before the door closes in May. No clue how they're going handle the next step. Keep selecting pilots and put them in a pool? Stop selecting pilots until they find out how many are returning to AA, then select into a pool? No idea.

Update-just logged in to the site and looked. They'll select a few more if they make their mark of 60 more before May.

Yawn. Let me know when management stops violating our contract. Otherwise I really don't care if they even replace all our CRJs and E145s with E175s. It's still a slap in the face and I would not send any buddies over here.
