This... personal opinion but we shouldn't renegotiate anything else until we get pay scale adjustments; including flow. We have a duty to make this a better place for those who follow, that comes with a competitive pay scale across the board. Hold on fellas, it's going to get worse as staffing reduces before it gets better.

Envoy upgrading 87. PSA just beginning their struggles. Can't even accept bonuses for their FO's. Good time to choose Envoy over PSA.

If DF comes back and offers another flow slot for Captains I'm sure the bonus will pass.

Either you're not reading what I'm saying or you're just ignorant. Both times I said I agreed with the decision. And both times I've said what I'm disappointed in is the captains who aren't saying to turn it down because it won't fix the issue, but to turn it down because they weren't getting anything out of it. And I agree the union is suppose to represent the group as a whole, however that didn't happen in October with the flow.

Anyone have details on the 15K sign on bonus advertised on PSA's website and the length of the employment contract needed?

Its a two year contract. Unless you live in base ..not worth it, go somewhere else.
