By the time they realize we need to increase the pay, it will be too late. People are already going to Endevour and other places. Before when the pay was a reduction to start all over was a harder decision, now it is not so hard. Specially that the quick upgrade is gone and reserve is close to 1 or more .

Have you ever been to one of Parkers CrewNews that he does at the training center though? The only pilots there are new hires and recurrent/sim guys who are only there in the building cause they have to be that day. No pilots ever actually go to those things, so it would just look like another normal CrewNews to them.

I respectfully disagree. I believe we should boycott the meeting. Make the management team ask the question "where are all the pilots?" maybe this will finally draw their attention to the fact that they are facing a very serious pilot shortage. By us attending the meeting and asking the tough questions, which I would normally agree is the correct course, we are just demonstrating that we have a vested interest in helping the company that they can take advantage of. By boycotting the meeting we demonstrate that we don't need to listen to their old worn out recording of someday, maybe, perchance...things will get better. We as a group have better options and we don't need to waste our time being lied to.

I think the better response is PSA showing up in force. This is their problem that they get to solve, and the more we show them that that's the case the better.
Giving Endeavor money to PSA is just shy of 4 tenths of 1 percent of AAG's Net Income last year. Doing it with 1,800 pilots on the list (a stated goal) is less that 6 tenths of 1 percent.
This is pocket change, and they know it.

I believe that what you're suggesting would only make sense if everyone stops showing up to work. Why would they care if we don't show up to the meeting when they know we'll be at work tomorrow flying their passengers around? The less people show up to the meeting the quicker they'll go on about their day and the less hard questions they have to answer in front of the *recording* camera. Just my .02
"Thanks for coming and being a part of making PSA great, We know we wouldn't be here without your staunch support" Blah Blah Blah
"we are aware of the issues you are facing and we are working diligently towards a solution" Blah Blah Blah
"I'm glad you asked that question, and let me just assure you that your continued efforts have not gone unnoticed and will definitely be rewarded" Blah Blah Blah
Propaganda and platitudes, you might as well stand outside and let DP P*$$ down your back.
Personally, I'm giving it until September to improve then I'll be trying to get into a ground school by October. That way I get the holidays off and miss the first half of de-ice season. Not to mention making this place an extra pilot short for the holiday flying.
